Stéphane Truchi
Chairman
PARISWith a wide experience of both qualitative and quantitative studies, Stephane Truchi has successively occupied the posts of Associate Director of Insight (1983-1991), Managing Director of Louis Harris (1991-2000) then Managing Director of Ipsos France. He joined Ifop in January 2008 as Chairman of the Board.
He has developed true insight into trends in society and consumption and their reflection in marketing. He has initiated numerous research studies on consumption in emerging countries (China, India, Russia); trend setters and targets with potentially strong consumer potential such as the "Very Wealthy".
He has acquired notable expertise in the Luxury sector and has been president of the Adetem Club Luxe since 2008.
Laurence Parisot
Vice Chairman
PARISLaurence Parisot, president of MEDEF ("Mouvement des Entreprises de France") since 2005, was Ifop's Chairman from 1990 to 2007 (and of Gallup France from 1992 to 2002). She relinquished the position of Chairman of the institute in 2008 to become Vice Chairman. She is currently a member of Michelin's Board of Trustees and on the Board of BNP-Paribas, Coface and member of the Comité des Sages of the Samu Social. Laurence Parisot has a Maîtrise de Droit Publique from the University of Nancy 11 and a DEA d'Etudes Politiques from the Institute d'Etudes Politiques, Paris. She has been decorated with the Chevalier of the Ordre National de la Legion d'Honneur and Chevalier in the Ordre National du Mérite.
Olivier Bauby
Managing Director
PARISOlivier Bauby, with a Maitrise d'Informatique and a DESS Marketing from Paris-Dauphiné, started his career in 1987 at Burke Marketing Research before entering the Groupe Bossard Consultant / Difference in 1989 as Director of Studies.
He joined Ifop in 1995 as Director of Consumer products, before becoming head of Ifop International in 1997, followed by being appointed Director of all marketing activities in 2001. He was appointed Managing Director France in 2003 then Managing Director Ifop Group in July 2005.
Since 2008 Olivier Bauby has been a member of the Ifop Board and today is responsible for implementing projects in France and subsidiaries, for which he is operational manager. He also chairs Key Accounts Management.
Anne Pease
Administrative and Financial Director
PARISAnne Pease, a graduate of EDHEC and holding a DESCF, was Project manager for Ernst&Young Audit et Conseil before joining the Credit Lyonnais in 1997 where she was head of reporting for the International Division, then of Systems and Management Procedures, before becoming Analyste Senior Contrôleur de Gestion. In 2001 she participated in the creation of the internet bank Zebank-Egg as Director of Accounts, Taxation and Treasury. She was appointed Financial Director in 2002.
In 2006 she joined Ifop as Financial Director. Appointed Member of the Board in 2008, she is today head of Finance, Human Resources and Support functions.
